The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a very very nice area, near to many sights to see, Chinatown and San Francisco. We were there for 1 night and had dinner at in-house restaurant.

A grand old hotel, we had a very nice stay. Ideal location, beautiful room, outstanding staff. Also, ferry building market was 1 mile away from the property. Loved high ceiling and blackout drapes in the room. The breakfast was incredible with plenty of meals. The service in general was attentive.

Great stay in the beautiful area. Hotel was fairly clean and brand-new, I loved its fab staff and location. The room I booked was cleaned and available with the balcony, separate bedrooms and a handicap shower. The restaurant was amazing and served excellent food. Quick check in and late check out. By the way, I didn't mind paying usd 14 per 24 hours for Internet access;)))

Staff and rooms were EXCEPTIONAL, I appreciated a private parking. I got free upgrade and liked it. The early check-in too. All in all a magical hotel and excellent stay.
